□キャンセル・ご変更について
・ご予約のキャンセル・変更は前日までにご連絡をお願いいたします。
・当日のキャンセル・ご変更が3回に達した場合、今後のご予約をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。
□無断キャンセルについて
・無断キャンセル（ご連絡なしでのご来店なし）があった場合は、次回以降のご予約をお断りさせていただきます。
□遅刻について
・ご予約時間を15分過ぎてもご来店がない場合、自動キャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。
・また、15分以内であっても、ご予約時間より遅刻された場合は、メニューのご変更、短縮をさせていただく場合もございます。
・度重なる遅刻があった場合も、次回からご予約を承ることができない場合がございます。

【Required】Reservation Cancellation Policy At GRACE, we are committed to providing all of our guests with a comfortable and pleasant experience. To ensure smooth service for everyone, we have established the following reservation policy.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
□ Cancellations and Changes
・Please contact us at least 2 days in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ・If same-day cancellations or changes occur 3 times or more, we may be unable to accept any future appointments.
□ No-shows ・If you do not show up without prior notice, we will decline all future bookings.
□ Late Arrivals ・If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
・Even if you arrive within 15 minutes, depending on the situation, we may need to modify or shorten the service.
・Repeated lateness may also result in refusal of future reservations. This policy is in place to help us respect and value each guest’s time.
